Fusion I.T. is a B to B company that supplies internal computer software and hardware to companies. They need to reach Business Owners,Upper-Level Decision-Makers, and I.T. staff.

Objective:
Activating qualified leads from prospectively customers who require the IT services that Fusion IT provides.

Campaign:
Utilizing the power of WOOD Radio and ESPN 96.1, and iHeartRadio. They also are interviewed monthly on computer/software issues that effect business. They also come on the air as the resident expert when there are national stories of hacking, etc.

Results:
They have increased their awareness in the market and have closed a few large companies as a direct response of their advertising.

EPS Security

Situation:
EPS Security is trying to grow their commercial and residential leads for potential customers in the West Michigan. 70% residential 30% commercial with their Marketing direction.

Objective:
EPS has a monthly goal of 10% lead growth from the previous month from the previous year.

Campaign:
iHeartMedia does all of the creative. We focus on the news and sports talk for the male listeners and business owners. We focus on our AC station for the females and single females for security.

Results:
Continuous YoY Growth and lead generation increases keeps EPS Security coming back year-after-year!

Metro PCS

Situation:
Metro PCS, with dealer locations throughout the Grand Rapids DMA looks for opportunities to drive awareness for Metro PCS locations, traffic to dealers through events and generate new client activations.

Objective:
Metro PCS’s main marketing objective on a local level is to drive dealer traffic and activations.

Campaign:
Metro PCS partners with our iHeartMedia radio stations locally to drive traffic through in-dealer remotes. Each remote is themed with incentives – gas card giveaways, cash giveaways, ticket giveaways, etc.

Results:
Metro PCS and iHeartMedia are a winning combination. iHeartMedia is consistent in driving traffic to its dealers, providing a positive experience, generating new client activations.

Kesslers Diamonds

Situation:
Kesslers Diamonds is in it’s fourth decade of business and Richard Kessler is one of the most recognized names and voices in the Midwest. Kesslers has 5 locations in Wisconsin, one in West Michigan and second slated to open in west Michigan in 2018.

They are the largest seller of diamonds and diamond engagement rings in the state of Wisconsin. Kesslers never have a “sale” and deal only in diamonds.

Objective:
Richard Kessler cuts all his own spots and, “wants to be your jeweler.” His marketing objective is to own the radio airwaves, build awareness and educate buyers.

Campaign:
Kesslers is on all stations in all markets, they run very heavy all year. In addition to broadcast radio, they utilize our iHeartRadio Streaming and digital capabilities. They sponsor iHeartMedia events and have utilized personality endorsements.

Results:
They have had great success with iHeartMedia and use our stations exclusively in all their markets. They have grown every year while solely marketing with iHeartMedia and they increased their spend and involvement every year.

West Michigan Chevy Dealers

Situation:
West Michigan Chevy Dealers is an auto group in West Michigan. Their advertising agency reached out to us 4 years ago looking for creative ideas to help shed light on West Michigan Chevy Dealers new Facebook page.

Objective:
The main objective was to create awareness and increase likes on the new Facebook page.

Campaign:
A campaign was designed with the Facebook goals in mind. It was decided that the best stations to drive listeners to the West Michigan Chevy Facebook page were country stations WBCT and WMUS. We used a combination of Facebook contesting in which we supplied the prizes and used prominent On-Air Personality endorsers to drive listeners to the pages. We also employed an aggressive digital campaign to compliment the terrestrial radio spot campaign. The prizes consisted of concert experiences and trips.

Results:
The campaign was highly successful and West Michigan Chevy has continued their campaign with us for the past 3. We expect to do a similar campaign in 2018.
